You may also want to wear a hat to protect your face, and clothing to protect your skin if you will be exposed for a long time.

Even people with dark skin will want to protect their skin from the sun. A “tan” is sun damage and it can cause your skin to age prematurely and increase your risk of skin cancer.

If you happen to stay in the sun too long, use lavender oil to heal sunburn.

3. Reduce or skip the makeup

Going without makeup in the summer is best. But, if you love your makeup, then try to alter your makeup plan so you wear less of it in the hot months.
